Because Luxe by JL products are delivered digitally and access can be provided immediately after purchase, digital-product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or made available, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the product title, description, file format, page count, and compatibility information before completing your order.

Technical problems

If you are unable to access a file because of a delivery problem or the file itself is corrupted, contact Luxe by JL through the website. When possible, support will focus first on restoring access or replacing the affected file.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is another billing error, contact us with the order information so the transaction can be reviewed.
